2012 SENIOR OUTREACH

Have you ever thought about how great a blessing it would be to visit Israel, the land of the Bible? The lessons you’ve learned from God’s Word will come alive each time you read it after walking in the Holy Land. There is no greater gift than seeing the Word of God come to life! We invite you to join us for the experience of a lifetime in June of 2012.

Our 2011 team is currently in Israel! Please continue to pray for them until they return on June 30^th. We are in the midst of planning our 2012 trip and have only a few spots left. If you are interested in going to Israel in June of 2012, the information you need is here on this page. Look it over, pray, and if you want to go…get moving!

Trip dates are June 16 to June 28, 2012

The team will hike where King David hid from Saul, and walk pristine trails alongside ruins from Biblical times; pray in the Garden and be baptized in the Jordan River. Echoes from the past are ever present and calling. It is an unforgettable experience.

When you get your $250 (non-refundable) deposit* in, you can begin fundraising for this great adventure. We look forward to traveling with you!

*Checks should be made payable to “CCD” and turned in to the Calvary Chapel Downey Missions Department in the church office or to Mrs. Laidlaw.

Use the 2012 Israel Support Letter to invite your family, friends, neighbors, and local businesses to contribute to your mission trip; you must have your deposit in before you can ask for support or participate in fundraisers.

General information is available here in the 2012 brochure. You can print this out or simply pick up a hard copy from Mrs. Laidlaw or the school office.
